The Problem With America

In short, we have pussys that run our country.

The rest of the storey is that we all the politicians were warned and saw this coming.  They knew what was going on all along, and did nothing.  There are quite a few documentaries out there that have interview with the politicians, video of Senate investigations and interviews of the owners of large credit agencies, that all knew that they were lending to the wrong people, but kept pushing for them to take out loans.  In all of it, both the Republications and Democrats knew but didn’t care, because their campaigns were being funded by the very people they should have protected us from.

A Good Night

So, I’m at a local bar in Tustin (McGuires) and there are only a few people here. There aren’t a lot of the usuals here, but tonight there are only a few. I order a Scotch and soda but this time I am mindful of the onslaught is tomorrow’s headache, so I order Chivas this time. All is good and it is so much better than bar Scotch!

Politics

Okay, I’ve gone back and forth about who how I’m going to vote, and have decided that there is no one worth voting for.

I am a conservative, but I have been abandoned by the Republican party.  Republicans these days do not represent a conservative viewpoint when they advocate continuing with a war that is hurting our economy.  This is especially true now that our economy is in such turmoil.  Democrats, on the other hand, support allowing illegal aliens staying in this country.  Now, if the doctors and lawyers, and other professionals, were the ones entering this country, then I might think this is a good idea, but what we are getting is the “trailer trash” of Mexico.  The professionals are staying in Mexico and having a good living.  Why is it then that we want to allow those that have already shown that they don’t care about our laws into the country?  Mexico is happy to let their lowlifes leave, so they are not going to be any help to us.

So, there is no party that actually represents middle America.  Help!

The Daily Grind

If it weren’t for the afternoon Martinis, I’m not sure life would be worth it!

Today started out fast and furious, but fizzled a bit late, which was welcome.  I did manage to get some things out of the way, so I was pleased.  What pisses me off most, is that we have a few clients that want us to work for free.  I’m not sure which of my kids they want me to starve so that they can have free services, but that isn’t going to work.  We’ve only had to sue a few, but what a pain!  People wouldn’t go to the mechanic and expect that they should work on a car for free, nor would they expect a plumber to fix their pipes for free, so why in this business?  I think I must spend half of the time that I set aside for the finances on collecting from deadbeats.

Great… Neighbors are way noisy and have me up at 3am Tuesday morning gotta love it.
